My name is Jayson Bott, I have been employed with Small Wonders Discovery and Learning Center for a year. First, as the preschool teacher and now as the administrator at the Columbiana location. I have attended Kent Salem and completed my field hours here in the Toddler class before becoming employed with Small Wonders. I now hold my Child Development Associate.
Witnessing children achieve their milestones through learning experiences to help build a solid foundation for their future development is my passion. My goal as your Administrator is to establish trusting and positive relationships with each child and family, and always make you feel welcome. By providing quality early childhood education, educators contribute to the long-term well-being and success of children. I believe that it takes a community to raise a child and with families being a child’s first teacher, strong family engagement is critical to promote children’s healthy growth and development.
